The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate William Theophilus Dougall who was last seen May 17, 2021, at 9:00 am at 8075 98th Ct, Vero Beach, FL.
Mr. Dougall was last seen wearing black pants, a brown shirt, and croc flip-flops. He left the house in a black 4-door SAAB bearing FL TAG Y497JA.
Prior to leaving his home, Mr. Dougall told his wife that one of the trucks he owns was broken down near Kanner Road and I95 and that the driver was waiting for assistance.
The wife assumed that he was headed to the location of the broken-down truck to assist the driver.
