The Sebastian Planning & Zoning Commission will be meeting tonight, July 30, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. inside City Hall.
Some of the topics include Land Use, Transportation & Mobility, and Housing. Public input is encouraged for tonight’s meeting.
Do residents feel that our public transportation systems are adequate? What can we do differently?
Some people are suggesting a future open-air trolley for Indian River Drive to carry our tourists from one business to another.
Future housing is also a big topic for tonight’s meeting.
The agenda items are for the City’s new Comprehensive Plan.
