SEBASTIAN- The Sebastian Eagle Riders held a Poker Run benefit in May to raise funds for the Halo Rescue No-Kill Shelter in Sebastian. The non-profit service organization dedicated to community outreach raised $1,050.

The recent fundraiser was an excellent opportunity to assist the No-Kill Shelter with the vital work they do to rescue abused and abandoned animals.

Eagle Riders

The Eagle Riders are a group of motorcyclist, comprised of men and women of the fraternal order of eagles. They are “People Helping People.” Not only do they come together to help raise awareness and funds for our local charitable organizations, but they also support fundraisers throughout the United States and Canada.

Eagle riders throughout also help individual members/ nonmembers with moving across town, household repairs, or any needs that they are capable of providing.

There are two fraternal order of eagles within Indian River County, both of which house eagle rider members. They work together through a shared love of motorcycles and helping those in need at a community and statewide level.
