The Senior Resource Association sponsors River View Walking along Indian River Drive on most Fridays in November and December. SRA’s Activities Manager Shelly Brach will be leading participants on a 45-minute paved river view walking session.
Enjoy scenic views and friendly conversation while walking on the river. Walking replaces breathing as your focal point, and you learn to focus on the now. Be present in the moment while using your senses to explore the nature around you.
Dates/Times (8:30 am – 9:15 am)
- November 5th, 12th, 19th
- December 3rd and 10th
Meet in Sebastian at Riverview Park, located at 1004 US Hwy 1.
Participants should wear athletic shoes and follow CDC guidelines to protect the health and safety of all participants.
