The Pareidolia Brewing Company in Sebastian raised $1,200 for HALO No-Kill Rescue shelter from its recent wiener dog races.

About $400 of the proceeds were donated by the Robert Johnson Band.

“The Robert Johnson Band donated the $400 which would have been their pay for the performance during the event,” Pareidolia Brewing Company owner Pete Anderson told Sebastian Daily.

The Sebastian Running of the Wieners had a big turnout, with several dogs participating in the annual event at Pareidolia.

The annual Running of the Wieners usually occurs during the first week of October at Pareidolia, located at 712 Cleveland Street in Sebastian, Florida.
