Christine and George Von Kantor of The American Legion Post 189, in Sebastian, announce their new program.
The mission is to assist recently honorably discharged service members (women and men) who will be residing in Sebastian or Fellsmere with some welcome home benefits.
Any former service member contacting The American Legion Post 189 about the program within six months of receiving their DD214 discharge papers are eligible.
Upon enrolling into the program, the returning service member will receive the following:
- Prepaid dues for the first year of membership upon joining The American Legion Post 189 Sebastian, FL
- A one-year paid membership to Anytime Fitness of Sebastian, Fl. ($500 value)
- (1) handcrafted Holiday Ornament & (1) Key Fob with military logo crafted by a local artist
- (1) free hair cut at Big C’s Old Time Barbershop, of Sebastian, Fl.
