Men At Arms Champions Charity in Indian River County

Men At Arms Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club

The Men At Arms Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club, deeply embedded in community service, has been going above and beyond to bring hope and support to the locals. Known as chapter “595”, the club pays tribute to Trooper Joseph Bullock, who lost his life in 2000. His memory continues to inspire acts of generosity and kindness that ripple across the county.

Beyond their love for motorcycles and the camaraderie that riding brings, Men At Arms aims to bring positivity and tangible support to those in need. Their recent initiative witnessed the donation of 24 backpacks laden with school supplies to “Love To Serve,” a prominent local organization. These supplies have found their way to grateful children attending Pelican Island Elementary, Treasure Coast Elementary, and Sebastian Middle School, among others.

It’s not the first time Men At Arms has reached out in a big way. Their past endeavors include hosting festive Christmas parties at Pelican Landing for memory care patients, symbolizing a commitment to the elderly. In collaboration with Hope Samaritans Feet, club members took it upon themselves to wash the feet of underprivileged kids and then ensure they had fresh socks and shoes to wear. It’s acts like these that truly underscore the club’s unwavering commitment to the community.

As the COVID-19 pandemic surged, the club recognized a dire need for masks. Stepping up, they provided over 5,000 masks, free of charge, to those who were either unable to access them or faced financial constraints. Additionally, they have generously donated pillows to safe houses scattered throughout Indian River County, offering comfort to those escaping precarious situations.

Men At Arms continues its call for community support in furthering its benevolent missions. If you wish to donate, please call them at 845-401-3941.
