The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate two missing juveniles. Siblings Rayanna J Wayne, a 13-year-old black female, and her brother, Titan Hoskins, an 11-year-old black male, left their home at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, and have not returned.
They may be in the Gifford area. So, please take a screenshot of these two young children and keep your eyes out for them in your everyday travels.
