Life is quickly getting back to normal in and around Sebastian as more businesses reopened Wednesday after Hurricane Dorian.
The Indian River County School District has decided to remain closed until Thursday. All schools will reopen on Friday.
All Indian River State College campuses will reopen Thursday for normal operations.
