For The Love Of Paws and its Paws Meals On Wheels program continues to operate with Monday deliveries to county food pantries that remain open and to the general public at their Fellsmere location.
Located at 12198 County Road 512 in Fellsmere (directly across the parking lot from Treasure Coast Community Health), they will be open on a reduced schedule of Wednesday Only with expanded hours from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m, For The Love Of Paws Director Ted Pankiewicz told Sebastian Daily.
For The Love of Paws provides lifetime sanctuary care for animals left behind by senior citizens who can no longer care for them. The organization also provides pet food to numerous area food banks, including Senior Resources Meals on Wheels.
If you are or know of a homebound senior, disabled person, or someone who is lacking transportation, call For The Love Of Paws at 772-539-2417. They will deliver dog or cat food to their door.
