Capt. Hirams Triathlon River Challenge

Captain Hirams Resort will be having its 9th Annual Capt Hirams Triathlon River Challenge on Sunday. November 21, 2021, starting at 7:30 am. So, grab your whistles, noisemakers, and cowbells and cheer on the amazing athletes competing. 

The triathlon begins with a chilly 1/4 mile swim, then a 12-mile bike ride, and finishes with a refreshing 3.1-mile run. 

Watch them Swim

The 1/4 mile swim course takes place in the Indian River Lagoon off of the Capt Hirams property. The best time to watch is 7:30 am from the Capt Hirams Marina. 

Watch them Bike

The 12-mile bike route begins and ends at Capt Hirams. The best time to watch is 8:00 am – 8:30 am from US Hwy 1 at the Capt Hirmas Resort and the Sebastian Chamber of Commerce. 

Watch them Run

The 3.1-mile run takes place on Indian River Drive along the scenic route of Sebastian’s Riverfront. The best time to watch is 8:30 am – 9:30 am.
