SEBASTIAN – Strike Zone Entertainment Center, located at 730 South Fleming Street in Sebastian, Florida, is on the market, according to sources familiar with the sale.
According to one of the market listings, the owners have “other business interests.” The asking price is $3,475,000.
“We are in no way looking to close our growing business. The business is open indefinitely,” Strike Zone said in a statement.
Strike Zone in Sebastian is a full entertainment center with the best bowling alleys in the county. The Florida facility features 14 Brunswick lanes, 3,000 ft. laser tag arena, 40 interactive arcade games, a redemption center golf simulator, pool tables, and dart boards. The hours of operation and prices are all reasonable.
The business also has a full-service restaurant with a full bar, party room & party packages. It’s a great location to have a birthday party.
There’s also a business listing stating that the entertainment center “grosses more than $1 million and shows a profit with growth each year,” according to the listing posted by the business broker.
The location is leased, but the entire building, known as Chessers Gap Plaza, is also available if the buyer is interested, according to the broker.
