MICCO – A new Holiday Inn Express will be built behind Jimmy “Three Fingers” in Micco.

The timing of the new hotel will follow the new sewer line that’s been in the works since 2017. The project comes after Micco won a grant to extend sewer lines by 6,200 feet along U.S. Highway 1.

Several local businesses will benefit, including the Sebastian Inlet Marina, and Chubby Mullet who will be adding a Tiki bar in Micco near their waterline.

The new hotel in Micco will be a 72-room Holiday Inn Express. The actual location will be behind the Jimmy “Three Fingers” restaurant where it will be built on more than two acres of land.

The official name of the hotel will be Jimmy “Three Fingers” Holiday Inn Express. It’s still a few years away, but it will be an excellent addition to our area.

The restaurant is located at 8490 U.S. Highway 1 in Micco.
