VERO BEACH, Florida – Born in upstate New York, Georgiana “Georgie” Catherine Mary Sehl Gallucci lived a full and faith-based life.
Georgie was 73, and passed in Vero Beach on Jan. 2, 2018. Georgie spent her summers in upstate New York and winters in Florida. Her final days were spent resting peacefully in a Florida hospice care facility.
Georgiana was married to Louis Anthony Gallucci, Jr,. dating back to July 24, 1965. After 50-plus years of marriage, they also were together during high school leading up to their marriage.
Georgie served for decades as a volunteer for the American Red Cross and became a certified safety instructor. Georgie also enjoyed her part-time work, especially during the holidays, at a local pie and bakery establishment.
Georgie was an active member of several Catholic Church communities in upstate NY and Florida. Georgie enjoyed the time with her family, friends and especially her husband, Lou.
Georgie could be found on several golf courses – any women’s day with her friends or with Lou – she was the putter of the team!
