Vero Beach man wanted for shooting that injured one

VERO BEACH, Florida – The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office are searching for a gunman who shot and injured a man in Vero Beach.

Kendrick Williams, 38, is wanted in connection to a shooting that happened just after 1 p.m. Wednesday off 11th Street and 12th Avenue.

One man was shot multiple times by the suspect. The injured man was taken to an area hospital with gunshot wounds. His identity and condition are unknown at this time.

Williams was last seen driving a white or light colored sedan, according to the IRC Sheriff’s Office.

Police say if you recognize Williams, or know of his whereabouts, you are urged to call 911 immediately.
