Police in Minford, Ohio responded to several complaints of a woman spray-painting an all-terrain vehicle at a car wash.

“What seems to be the problem officers?” Carrie Lynn Mizenko, 34, allegedly said after officers from the Ohio Highway State Patrol arrived at the scene.

Officers advised the woman that several people have made complaints about her behavior at the car wash.

Police found an “active, one-pot methamphetamine lab” in one of the wash bays of the self-service car wash, according to the police report by the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office.

Mizenko was arrested at the scene and charged with illegal manufacture of methamphetamine and other drug-related charges.

The woman also had an outstanding warrant for a previous meth manufacturing charge. She is being held on $177,500 bond at the Scioto County Jail.
