Shark Mart Owner In Sebastian Arrested On Multiple Charges

Sebastian, Florida – Shark Mart owner Mahmoud “Mike” Ibrahim and employee Jason Kreger were arrested Thursday on multiple charges in Sebastian by the Division of Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco (ABT). Both men are still being held without bond.

Authorities investigated the Shark Mart in Sebastian on multiple occasions after receiving a complaint about the sale of male enhancement pills, including Stamina RX and Jack Rabbit, which are both illegal to sell.

The first Special Agent brought a diet coke to the counter and asked Ibrahim if he had any “Jack Rabbit.” Ibrahim asked the undercover officer to raise her right hand to promise not to get him in trouble if he sold it to her. After doing so, Ibrahim opened a plastic bag behind the counter and sold her Jack Rabbit, two Hemp Sticks and the diet coke for a total of $33.00.

Another Special Agent entered the Shark Mart a couple of months later and asked the person behind the counter, Jason Kreger, if he had any Jack Rabbit. Kroger turned around to a plastic bag that was kept behind the counter and asked the agent how many she would like, and the undercover officer replied “two.” Kroger sold two packages to the agent for $21.38.

Kreger, 34, was booked on the following charges:

  • Felony MANUFACTURE DISTRIB SELL ETC IMITATION DRUGS
  • Felony SELL OR GIVE DRUG TO UNAUTHORIZED PERSON
  • Misdemeanor OWN OPERATE NON-REGISTERED PHARMACY

Ibrahim, 44, was booked on 4 charges:

  • Felony MANUFACTURE DISTRIB SELL ETC IMITATION DRUGS
  • Felony SELL OR GIVE DRUG TO UNAUTHORIZED PERSON
  • Misdemeanor OWN OPERATE NON-REGISTERED PHARMACY
  • Misdemeanor OWN OPERATE NON-REGISTERED PHARMACY

Ibrahim has been released from the Indian County Jail on $15,000 bail; Kreger has been released on $10,000 bail.
