ORLANDO – G4S Secure Solutions, who employed the Orlando nightclub killer Omar Mateen, was fined $151,400 on Friday.

The security company, headquartered in Jupiter, reportedly falsely listed psychological testing information on over 1,500 forms that granted employees the right to carry firearms.

The fine was imposed by The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services after finding that G4S Secure Solutions used the name of a psychologist, who retired nearly two years prior, on the alleged killer’s form and multiple other people over a period of 10-years.

After The Department of Agriculture had opened an investigation, they found more than 1,500 forms submitted 2006 through 2016 that falsely listed psychologist Carol Nudelman Nudelman’s name.

The fine amounts to $100 per violation.Pulse Nightclub Killer Employer Fined $151,400.
