Palm Bay TD Bank Robber On The Run After Identified

PALM BAY, Florida – Palm Bay police have identified Anthony Carpino, who also uses the alias Giovanni Salletti, as the suspect who robbed the TD Bank at 1159 Malabar Road on Friday morning.

Carpino has an extensive criminal history and was released from the Department of Corrections in December 2015.

Volusia County authorities informed the Brevard County investigators that Carpino is wanted for his involvement in another bank robbery in Daytona Beach.

A Brevard County judge has signed a warrant for his arrest.

Local police have been working with the FBI ever since the Palm Bay bank robbery to locate and arrest Carpino

Carpino fled the TD Bank with the stolen money before police arrived.
