A South Florida man was arrested after police caught him driving naked through his neighborhood with electrical wires attached to his penis.

Kurt Jenkins, 56, faces lewd and lascivious exhibition, exposure of sexual organs and resisting a law enforcement officer without violence charges.

A witness said Jenkins drove past him naked while exposing his groin area. Jenkins then asked the witness to look at his groin.

The witness saw an electronic device with wires attached to Jenkins’ penis, according to the report.

Jenkins asked the witness to get inside the vehicle, but he declined and called the police.

Officers from the Boynton Beach Police Department eventually found Jenkins still driving around the neighborhood and asking people to look at his groin area.

Officers said Jenkins refused to comply with police commands. He was eventually taken to the ground and handcuffed.
