Man Shot In Palm Bay In Road Rage Incident

PALM BAY, Florida – A man exiting I-95 at the Palm Bay exit was shot in the leg by another motorist, in what Palm Bay police believe was a case of road rage.

An enraged driver shot three rounds at the victim; one round went through the victim’s left leg and traveled to his right.

The incident happened, at Palm Bay Road and Bass Pro Drive, Tuesday morning around 1:36 a.m. shortly after the 39-year-old victim got off of 95 and headed east driving a Chevrolet Silverado truck pulling a trailer.

The injured party was treated for his non-life threatening injuries at Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne.

There have not been any arrest made in this case, and police are asking for help in identifying the shooter. The suspect was last seen heading east on Palm Bay Road at a high rate of speed.
