VERO BEACH – A 37-year-old Sebastian man was arrested after he allegedly pulled down his pants inside the lobby of the Renaissance Senior Living of Vero Beach.

Jeremy Michael Avant, of Sebastian, was slurring his words and could barely stand.

The staff at the living facility told Vero Beach police that Avant pulled his pants down and then walked outside.

Once Avant was outside, the staff immediately locked the doors behind him and called the police.

“My observance of Mr. Avant determined that he was, in fact, intoxicated and could not make intelligible conversation,” the officer said.

Avant was arrested on a charge of disorderly intoxication and transported to the Indian River County Jail.

In April, Avant was arrested at the AMC Theater in Vero Beach for making “Cat Calls” to teenage girls while the movie was playing.
