VERO BEACH – A Vero Beach woman was arrested for disorderly intoxication at 9:30 in the morning after telling a neighbor she was going to “beat her a–” for calling her a whore.
Officers from the Vero Beach Police Department responded to the call that was about a verbal disturbance between two females.
As they arrived, one of the females, identified as 49-year-old Donna Smith, yelled: “Ohh here are the cops!” Smith made contact with police and said she was walking her dog when the other female resident yelled “whore” to her.
Smith, who appeared intoxicated, stated that the neighbor was on her porch and she told her to “go fu– herself.”
Police then spoke with the other resident and she said Smith suddenly showed up and accused the neighbor of calling her a whore. Smith started yelling with a balled up fist and said she “would beat her a–.”
A witness to the disturbance was outside smoking a cigarette and saw Smith walk towards a neighbor’s home. Smith was told the police were being called and she replied, “I don’t give a fu–!”
Smith was arrested for disorderly intoxication and told the officer he was a “nasty fu—– ass—-” and that she hoped his wife and children died and went to hell.
On the way to the Indian River County Jail, Smith told the officer she wished for him “to die and burn in hell right now.”
