Free Nutrition Class

On Friday, May 2, 2025, the Treasure Coast Food Bank is hosting a free nutrition class at the City of Sebastian Community Center from noon to 1 p.m. This “lunch and learn” happens every month, and while lunch isn’t provided, you’ll get to watch a food demo, try a small tasting, and take home a recipe.
